Refund Policy

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom merchandise from Cheers To Gear. You may cancel your order entirely at any time before we submit the items for production. We will not be able to accept cancellations for any items once they have been decorated with your logo.

If you need to change your order for any reason, contact the Cheers To Gear team as soon as possible to coordinate the details. Charges may apply to changes in quantities, logos, or shipping. We are unable to remove items from your order after your items have entered production.

We do not accept returns or refunds on items that have been decorated, except in cases of damaged or incorrect product. Once you receive your order, please check it for accuracy and quality as soon as possible. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
